GOLD MINDING (GM) is one of my favorite ways to pour into myself. It takes the pressure off without having to get my mind still with all the benefits of meditation. You've got GOLD inside you. All we need is to mine for it; GOLD MINDING. It is recommended you turn up your volume or wear earbuds for the GM Practice. Surrender completely. The volume changes sometimes; you can't hear my voice as clear. EVERYTHING is intentional. We are training your mind. Trust your mind to take you where you need to go. Magic happens in these practices, and 24 hours after, remain alert to the GOLD revealed to you!
