Crisis Coaching 

What you'll get:

• 1-60 minute session per individual + 1-90 minute session per couple 
• Client lead sessions meaning we work on what is most important to you from marriage counselling, parenting, body-image, anxiety, health, daily task completion, parents/parent-in-law support, meditation, peak performance, addictions, communication, boundaries, etc. 
• Couple lead session will be lead by coach with input from both sides to build partnership, parenting/coparenting, and professional relationships
• You also receive access to our monthly mind reset recording + Sunday reset emails twice per month
  
• Personalized mental fitness program designed for you in addition to your needs (nutrition is also included)
• 3 month contract meaning you will pay $900.00 per month for 3 months since we create a personalized program for the both of you
• You are a valued client in crisis, which is why you are being offered these low prices. 1:1 begins at $1200 per month. As with all of our programs, there are no price negotiations. 

Due to the nature of the program, there will be no refunds after purchase for any of the 3 months.
