• Client lead sessions meaning we work on what is most important to you from marriage counselling, parenting, body-image, anxiety, daily task completion, parents/parent-in-law support, meditation, peak performance etc.
• You also receive access to our monthly mind reset recording + Sunday reset emails twice per month
  
• Personalized mental fitness program designed for you in addition to your needs
• 3 month contract meaning you will pay $600.00 per month for 3 months since we create a personalized program for you
• You are a valued client in crisis, which is why you are being offered these low prices. 1:1 begins at $1200 per month. As with all of our programs, there are no price negotiations. 

Due to the nature of the program, there will be no refunds after purchase for any of the 3 months.
