MEET The Creator
I used to let things get to me. My morning, and daily attitude, used to be at the mercy of everything outside of me. I was happy if I got all the green lights, a great barista to pick up my morning matcha tea, and friendly encounters with colleagues and students. However, when I hit the red lights and experienced unfriendly encounters with others, I was obsessed by the negativity to the point I would be drowning in it. I was a reactor to life. SHOVE IT to that! I started to set my mind intentionally before going to bed and upon waking up. I witnessed massive improvements and successes in my relationships, finances, and health. When you can control your state of mind, life becomes worth living, so I created this journal to have the same experience.
